The plot is revealed as the episode goes on but essentially it is a futuristic world where a mad scientist abducts cyborg prostitutes, 'downloads' their personalities and turns them into virtual reality slaves to be sold to customers. One of the female protagonists is also abducted and reprogrammed to do his bidding.

I do like that the second form of Samus seems like a BE, but it's really close to how they're portraying her in the new Smash Bros (especially with the heels).
