4 and 5....are just ridiculous looking. 3 is about the upper limits of making a working outfit look like a dress.

4 and 5 look like a preteen girl's idea of a pretty dress. LOTSA AND LOTSA RUFFLES! YAY.

They seem to push the maid lolita and the demureness. Both very trendy in Japan atm, butit seems us westerner audiences are much more mixed. I prefer somewhere between 3 and 4, mostly because the skirt's a bit short on 3, I prefer 4's headband but I prefer the hair and expression on 3.

I was just going to lurk, but my (somewhat paltry) knowledge of lolita fashion pushed me forth.
