I may be wrong, but I think threads in this subforum are kind of like the DTG thread in the TG forum: a gathering place for very specific sorts of contributions. I think we'd rather see threads 'necro'd' with more material or discussion than have another 'nipple expansion' thread crop up every few months. Nice and neat this way.

Good question. I've been collecting this kind of stuff for about 10 years so I don't remember where I got everything. Best guess for this one would be the BEA. If I remember well, Johnny did this one for a story which was found at Mark's story archive or at Chilli's place.
