I think he meant that the bank detected fraud on his card so he's waiting on a new one to associate with the account.
However, the subscription service Shrink Fan uses is an international company and will charge a small amount for an exchange rate conversion, if I recall correctly.

The transaction is being declined. Thinks it's fraudulent. Any way around it? Can't buy even when I talked to the bank about it

What card is it? The card issuer can prohibit adult websites from charging their cards. For example, imagine if you had a Disney Visa card, they would not allow you to use it for ShrinkFan.
Do you have another credit card you could try? If changing the credit card you use still doesn't work, you can contact ShrinkFan support with the above correspondence and they'll get it sorted. https://www.shrinkfan.com/contact/ |
