Ok, I'll throw in some predictions:

-His voice stays the same but he occasionally uses the "high-pitch Seth" voice (the one he did when Stan had something happen to his testicles and he was so embarrassed he wouldn't speak for most of the episode) when around others to hide his identity.

-His boss, Bullock, comes on to him.

-Grocery joke.

-Roger, if not preoccupied by the requisite b-story, is the 2nd to discover what happened and reluctantly helps Stan, especially with clothing.

-This will be part of an experiment from the government labs that has given us cloning and AR and is confirmed to have a shrink ray but Hailey will never grow or shrink.

I'd add "Stan learns a lesson after being a chauvinist asshole" but we all know that's coming, right? Like, it'd be a miracle if it were something else. And it WILL start with the sentence, "[Oh] My God...you're right!"
