Two ero-ren'ai games that I can think of:

Hadaka Apron School -- guy falls asleep after playing a ero-ren'ai game only to wake up in a new universe where female clothing is designed around aprons. Only he is aware of the change, but the change of everyone into his chosen fetishware sparks off his relationships with the rest of the cast.

Seiai Gakuen Fechi Ka (coming to the US as Cosplay Fetish Academy) -- guy and his friends, a model and a part time shrine maiden are too close when lightning strikes, and are teleported into an alternate universe where female modesty is inverted -- that is, the more you wear, the more shameless you are. The ultra-shy and conservative shrine maiden is almost arrested for being a "Dresshibitionist", school uniforms are see through leotards with stickers covering anything a bikini would cover, etc etc. The model has little trouble fitting in, the shrine maiden can barely survive -- especially after her cool big sis (the main character's brother's girlfriend) berates her for "letting herself go" during summer and actually -- gasp -- covering herself.

Mangas under this theme:

Mikani Harrassment by Sailor Kiki -- 3 stories about the titular Mikani getting into weird and humiliating situations. In one, she uses a magic wishing mirror to wish that her boyfriend (after a complete misunderstanding) wouldn't be interested in seeing women's breasts anymore. She opens her eyes to discover she's in an alternate reality where women don't have to wear shirts. (And in fact, the very idea of a woman wearing one is kinda alien to them.)

Almost all the story links on Fiction Branches have reality changes. The wishing rock has a limit to the range, and if someone hears the wish they will know something changed, however that usually means there is a lot of changes.

but in my eyes such an interesting topic should not die like this!

And thanks for the "You are what you wish for" page. I'm reading a lot there and it's a great place.. I'd like to recommend my favourite branch. Addidtions are highly appriciated. And let us know, if you've found something similiar.
