I'm not sure, but I think that's Jedah pumping Felicia full of blood. In the game when he did that, Felicia's tail would be affected, Lilith's the one whose breasts were affected by the technique.

You got it. Jedah has a special attack where he grabs onto the enemie's neck and pumps blood through his arm until they burst. It tends to be their most noticeable feature that inflates. Lillith's flat chest, Morrigan's bat wings, felicia's cat tail, etc.

As for the animations, they are really are not the greatest.
