I thought that was inherently implied by "constantly," my bad. After all, if he's constantly breaking it, it can't be rebuilt.

Deadpool in pretty much all his comics mocks wolverine any time the opportunity strikes and sometimes when it doesn't. He's probably his biggest target, though he doesn't really hate Wolvie.

What he does is break the fourth wall at the start of the comic/film/game and then slowly chip what little pieces are left hanging away as time goes on until there's nothing but this big square of cold, unloving space.

Being cautiously optimistic about this one....history shows that these kinds of games usually don't turn out well (Comic adaptations), with only a few exceptions.

Re: Deadpool: The Game

It won't be as good as everyone thinks it will be, it's literally impossible to actually live up to what people are expecting from this game. Something will spoil things, a bad engine, repetitive game play or worse repetitive dialogue something is going to be sub par.

...and if the coders have any respect for the source materielle, he will dually acknowledge those flaws...

"Boy, this dialogue sure is a piece of shit, isn't it?"

That didn't save Bulletstorm, and it won't save this.

Re: Deadpool: The Game

Looks fun but unfortunately I am not too familiar with the character other than what little I saw of him from MvC3 and a few internet memes, so not too excited about the game.

Besides, like Xanderfox said, I think this title will probably end up being one of those 'just another 3rd person view hack&slash game' that wont really offer anything new other than the main character making a lot of puns and jokes breaking the 4th wall.

Re: Deadpool: The Game

I'mma reserve judgment until it actually drops, then I'll check out a demo at GameStop before paying cash money for it.
