My first post here, If you want to know what issue this classic Judge Dredd story is from then it was originally published under an Anthology British Sci-fi comic called "2000AD" which is still in print to this very day, ever since the first prog (short for programme and an alternative name for Issue) on 26th February 1977 for a price of 8 pence (UK British Pound Sterling).

The story is from Prog 322-328, a seven part story which the original date is from 25 June 1983 to 6 August 1983.

I hope this answers everyone's question. I still have the originals from my 2000AD collection.

Ok....thought it looked familiar - just that the newsprint copies in the Collected Case Files don't look quite as pretty - if extremely convenient for reading/collecting.

I have a few "collected story" color volumes from older 2000AD printings (ie. "The Pit") - but these are nice for completists starting from the beginning.
