From Wedding Peach OVA DX Episode 4, at around 18:00 the lead female characters have a modest breast reduction with process. The size change isn't drastic, and its quick, but its some of the best BR I've seen in awhile and while not new objectively, it was new to me.

For context, the main characters have their bodies swapped with magical cats or something, and when the cats gain their bodies their boobs get bigger...because of course they do.

No process for that part of the swap, but for a sense of the before and after you can start around 4:45 and watch for a few mins.

For anybody curious, I'm pretty sure the (now broken) link to the Cerveza Salta ad was this. It does feature breast shrinkage, but as October13 said it was just part of a magical FTM thing.
