'' Then, suddenly, she heard a horse in the distance. In the dusk, she could only just see a horse jump over the fence that lead to the great bay. '' I vote random person

Re: Midna BE Story
I think two Links is getting into something we don't want to deal with, you know? Better to keep it the one.
Regarding Zelda, that is really up to you whether she comes now or later. Variety is the spice of life, but quality must come over quantity. |

I agree with Forze, multiple links would be a pain. another vote for random person.

Re: Midna BE Story
Totally random person... Especially since if it's Link, that probably means that Malon's still like ten years old

Re: Midna BE Story
So a random person on a horse?
Not one vote for the creature from the sky or the vision? How monotomous- but at least that doesn't make my choice hard. I'll be working on it later. I'm still thinking of what the random person on the horse will do- now I have to think up a new character. |

How about...the MAILMAN?
He originated in Majora's Mask, after all. |

Re: Midna BE Story
'K then. He doesn't play a large role, though- but here's the piece:
'' Lulu sighed, as she stood up from the pool. Every day seemed the same. Her children slept, so she decided to go out once more. Her dress had begun to fit really tightly this afternoon, around her breasts, hips and buttocks. She decided to go out for a swim and then a walk. She hopelessly concluded there was no way to fix the changes her body went through. She lustless opened her door and stepped in the water close to her room. She slowly swam from Zora Hall to the Great Bay. She didn’t bother going around the Bay, she just went right for the beach. She stepped on the warm sand, water was dripping from her. There was no one around. She simply sat down on the sand as the sun went down lower and lower. The sun had already been setting when suddenly, she heard a horse in the distance. In the dusk, she could only just see a horse jump over the fence that lead to the great bay. She stood up- if she dived under water she’d be invisible, but she was curious who would come here at this hour. She waited, until the horse stopped just a few yards away from her. A man jumped off of it- the sun was hardly visible any more, and she could not see his face very well. ‘‘ Hello...? Are there any Zoras out here...?’’, asked a scared voice. ‘‘ I’m here.’’, said Lulu. The man jumped in surprise- he hadn’t seen her. ‘‘ Eh, good evening, Miss. I have a letter for the Zora Band.’’, he said. It was the Postman from Clocktown, Lulu concluded. He gave it to her. ‘‘ Thank you!’’, said Lulu, a bit surprised. The postman laughed, tipped his hat, and ran back to his horse, jumped on it, and rode off with incredible speed. Lulu noticed he was afraid of something. She opened the letter. ‘‘ Dear Members of the Zora Band, We hereby request a special performance for some special guests. Koume and Kotake, two witches, have gone depressed lately. It is required that you play them something remarkably good. In reward, they will cast many good spells. They will visit the Zora Hall in a week. We are sorry it is of such short notice.’’ There was no sign of who sent it on the letter. Lulu felt new hope- how fortunate was this! She felt new inspiration- she knew she could sing a great song for them when they came. She stood there joyfully, while the sun had gone under completely, when she heard a sound. She turned around, and suddenly everything was much too quiet. She heard a noise elsewhere and turned around again. There was nothing to be seen. An incredible fear came over her- something was not right here. She heard the disgusting sound of something crawling over the sand right behind her and turned around with a shriek. Again, there was nothing there. She look left and right when she heard a low moan right behind her and was sure of the presence. She jumped around, to see a LikeLike, pale in the moonlight, not more than an inch away from her. She shrieked and jumped back to bump into another slimy LikeLike. She jumped back again, and tried to run away, when she noticed all the black silhouettes around her. She was surrounded by LikeLikes, who were all looking forward to tasting a Zora. She was completely freaked out, but had one more weapon at her disposal. Shivering, as all the LikeLikes crawled at her with a disgusting sound, she pointed the fins on her arms at them, and released them- they flew through the air, and cut horribly into one of the slimy LikeLikes before flying back on her arms. Using the moments it was stunned, she dived over it, and ran towards the water with an incredible speed. She had to avoid more LikeLikes that had crawled out of the Bay, and she jumped left and right until she dived into the water ( nearly right into a LikeLike’s mouth ), and swam as rapidly as she could for the Zora hall. It seemed to go well, until she reached the actual entrance. It was blocked by many LikeLikes. She turned back and could see hundreds of LikeLikes approaching her from behind. She could not stun them all. She kept turning around hopelessly. The stories about LikeLikes were not pretty ones at all. As they surrounded her, she closed her eyes and gave herself up for lost. Suddenly, she heard the low moans of the LikeLikes, as though they were in pain. She looked around. A major battle was going on- there were Zoras everywhere, shooting their fins or using powerful magic spells to destroy many LikeLikes. Before long they were chased off. Lulu still sat on the Bay’s bottom, shocked. Then, a friendly face came towards her. It was Evan, the band leader. He lay his hand on her shoulder. ‘‘ It’s alright, Lulu. You’re safe. Come, let me bring you to your room.’’, he said. Before long, Lulu was escorted by many Zoras to her room. She was happy that they cared so much for her, and before she closed the door she handed the letter ( it was protected against water with a magic spell ) to Evan. She closed the door after thanking all the Zoras. They had seen her in her changed state- but she didn’t care too much. She was safe, and now the shock was slowly going away, the power of her regained hope increased.'' |

Wow...that action was genuinely entertaining. You have a vision, my friend, on how to balance BE and other entertainment. Kudos to you.

Cool! Can't wait to see where the 3rd object that would be cursed winds up and wonder who'll get the diamond...Not bad on the latest installment. Quite entertaining

That is indeed what I am going for. Thank you so much! And thanks Daichu Azure! That object, now, I was wondering what to do with it. The setting's perfect for cursing Zelda or another Majora's Mask girl. Hey, readers- would you like the diamond to curse someone or to be stopped? |
