Curious is this a fan comic or is it canon? If its a doujin it definitely has a lot of potential. I figure if its in the main story line it would have been in the anime and we'd have seen some result by now on 2chan.

I happen to like the Cure Passion look much more than the others.

If he is, he'll take it slow. These are full text stories (more like light novels), so commissioning them for translation costs a lot more than manga pages.
