As the first post says, this thread is for existing material that you already know exists but which you're having trouble finding (eg. I'm looking for a cat TF story that was on Doc's Lab back in the early 2000s that involved a magic amulet).

In hindsight, the post's title should probably be changed to "lost content thread" or something along those lines to avoid confusion.

I'm starting to think it doesn't exist. I know the clip exists, but perhaps it's not in proper context. Like maybe it's a scene that's got nothing to do with the show or movie it's found in? So searching for it for... years now? Comes up with nothing because it happens as part of something completely unrelated to winged centaurs. Some character in an obscure anime could have been having a fever dream and that clip could be from the dream, the rest of the show or movie might have nothing to do with that scene.

OK, I'll give this a go. I remember a post-TF illustration from ~15 years ago of a woman dressed as a Christmas elf having turned into a reindeer. I think she had a glowing red nose like Rudolph, a dismayed expression, and was sitting in the torn remains of her clothes. Her arms and legs had become hooved reindeer legs, but her breasts were still very much human-shaped. The pic may have been on the old Animal Transformation Archive, but I can't find it there via archive.org. Anyone happen to have this lying around?

I keep losing a certain Manga from a while back. I do believe the woman's pet dog becomes a anthro and aids in the plan to turn the owners into hybrids as well?

Several years ago, I remember this old free Visual Novel game. The Main character was the step-son of a rich family, and he comes across this magic remote that allows several different types of transformations: Fusion, AP, and Body Swap. I believe there were other options as well, but that's all I can remember if animal TF was one of them. I remember the game had its own website as well, introducing the cast and some of the transformations that were available.

Does this ring any bells for anyone here?
