It's likely because the first time you posted it in every forum, it actually showed up as the first post for THAT forum on the preview screen, and not of the Notable board inside. Ergo, for people who don't actually look at that board, or the post itself, they just assume "OH NOES NO NEW THRDS AT AL!"
