I know the lead artist of one of the Shin Megami Tensai series did the Devil May Cry 3 Devil Trigger designs for Dante and Vergil. Cute or pretty TF's seem to take precedence in the broader genre. My question is, are they really considered evil? Is there some sort of negative effects to their TF's? From what I understand they are just borrowing power, summoning, or joining with the entities in order to further their quest...I can see some EC fanart or fiction potential but is EC really implied in the game? Not knocking anything, I'm just curious...might have to look into this stuff further...
I can't speak for DDS2, but in DDS1 all the characters start the game as dolls without personalities, and they only develop emotions once infected with their demon sides. These also come with a hunger that compels them to eat other people who were also infected with demons, which is basically everyone in the game. Nothing really "evil" comes of it, since basically all the people you end up eating are huge jerks.

In Devil Summoner Soul Hackers the main character's girlfriend(?) develops an alter ego who's a lot more slutty and a lot less nice, but she's still on the hero team's side. There's also a girl in Devil Summoner Raidoh Kuzunoha 1 who hires the main character to kill her to prevent her from destroying japan, but I'm pretty sure that was more of a sacrifice to bring the old gods to our world than any conversion to evil. The main character's female friend in SMT3 ends up fairly evil (if a fascist Randian counts as evil), but that had more to do with a change in her perspective of the world. I think some pics of her are in this thread too... somewhere.

Except Tentacle and forced-conversion (infection?). Then you can ignore it or explain it away.

Someone actually asked this question on the current 2-chan thread, the answer is apparently a game called "Mission of Murder" by Mink.

Beaten to the punch, and you've answered your own question just above me... oh well.

Is it bad that what bugged me more is that the person who made that apparently thought insects and mollusks are the same thing?

It's a matter of interest. If the artist likes futa, unless you know your photoshop, you can't do a thing about it.

Plus, I don't see how a penis would destroy a transformation scene.

Even if you don't know your photoshop all that well it doesn't stop you trying sometimes; http://gelbooru.com/index.php?page=p...d=607357&pid=0 (read the comments too).

I think notable to this particular thread would be "Shin Megami Tensei If...".

Also notable is the "Raido Kuzunoha" spin-off of the "Devil Summoners" series, for it's more classical representation of mythological creatures.
Nice informative link there. With all the supernatural fusing going on you would think there would be more transformation material from this series.

There are a few Megaten anime produced, the two OVAs, Megami Tensei, and Tokyo Revelation both have mind control and possession in them, but no conversion.

My only experience with the games is playing partway through Persona 4 so far, I have to say I was a little disappointed that the characters shadow selves kill your characters rather than corrupt them if you lose to them.

Two pictures I've come across look like the characters corrupted by their shadow selves below.
