Re: Yard Work 8 (the all-SW comic) ready 5 10 14

Because it's SW I'll purchase it when I can but I'm curious. Based upon the shots that I see I'm going to assume that the mother gets spritzed with the weed shrinker. So why did she not AR/Shrink like the neighbor?
I'm just curious to know why it honestly effected Nicole different than it affected the mother. Unless by reading this it's revealed that the flower grower stuff makes people eventually tom thumb sized.
Was it a style/story choice to shift the tone from a more AR/AP seeming story to a GTS/SW/SM story?
Is the effects on Nicole seen more as a Decreased beauty than AR?

Lol. But seriously- to answer your question, the Weed Shrinker isn't involved.

Well there is a bit of "literary license" at play here - the chemicals affect people differently, which allows for more flexibility and plot variations.

Also, Nicole was not really supposed to be getting younger, but mostly shrinking and become less sexy. It's hard for any artist to differentiate between a skinnier / less sexy woman and a younger girl.

Another excellent chapter.
I like a lot the interaction between the mom and the nurse.
Brenda is a new hot character.

I picked this up yesterday and I love it. I wish there was more of the mother shrinking out of her cloths. Otherwise it was awesome!!!

Very valid point DT. Thanks for confirming that.

I purchased it, and while I'm not as much a fan of this as I was the first 2 segments, it's still nice story.

Can you give us a general time frame of how much time passed between itty bitty Luke to 4'6ish Luke? Just curious. Obviously time has passed for him to resume a more normal height. The analytical part of me is interested to know pointless stuff like that.

I had in mind that a few months had passed, but it's intentionally left open to interpretation (in that way Amy could possibly be a teenager, going to a dance). You'll see in Part 9 that Luke has a challenge in re-establishing certain relationships, which implies a shorter timeframe.

Tiny women are best. And the slower the shrink the better!
