Eh, the lapse in logic doesn't bother me. It's not like I ever use legendary Pokemon to begin with. I do like Lunala's name. It's kind of melodic.

I remember reading somewhere that it was included in X and Y because part of the France theme included fashion. Also ORAS didn't have it. Luckily its due to the fact that was a remake.
