It's from Ma wo Jutai Seshi Otome no Kuetsu or Majutai for short... the first game I believe. The player character can go down a number of paths, some of which involve demonic transformation with good, bad, or really bad results.

Ah, I have seen this before, but I've only seen CG sets of it before. Looks like most of the transformation segments happen during the game proper. That's too bad(...unless, hope of hopes, there's an english translation?)

Okay, Battlezone II, a very old game, includes an alien race called the 'Scions' which seem to fit in this, and have weird voices too! Anyone know if it plays on Vista?

That was pretty interesting. There were a ton of grammar and spelling errors though and it detracted a great deal from the story. Clean those up and this was quite good though.

Gonzo dun goofed. They can't make decent animation for shit. ArcSys, get someone else to animate your scenes for the third BlazBlue.

This is the closest we get to a Noel->Kusanagi process sequence. -.-

That's some gay shit... The scenes from the arcade story were much better... and those were stills... But from those you could really see the terror in her eyes as the darkness overflowed into her, her eyes glazing over blue.
