2chan seem to be like that lately. I usually look at the muscle one and that had no request post but use to have lots of morphs and now it just recently posted images from other places. I lost my collection and wish I can find them again especially one image that I like.

I have a feeling that the decline in request art may be due to it's becoming winter? One of the reasons I believe this is because a lot of events in Japan go from idling to moving when winter comes. They might have gotten caught up in new anime or something.

Even if that is true, it's still 2 months till it's december. As for animes, those come and go.
I don't remember any major animes being mentioned, not that I've been following the trends or anything. FMA brotherhood, Dragonball Kai, are the only ones that come to mind. There was also a http://anilinkz.com/series/fatezero which I have yet to see myself, but I loved Fate/Stay Night even though I didn't like ending.
The movie Unlimited Bladeworks was pretty cool too.
Think I read something about Sailormoon being redone or some such in 2013.
Other then that the most popular ones are the ongoing ones like Naruto, Bleach and One Piece, so that doesn't really count.

Besides alot of requests are the same bloody ones every week in and out and there's like 1 artist that does all those modifications? If that is the case it only makes sense it goes slow like this.
