Here's a couple pics that are semi-related. Apparently (from what I can make out from babelfish) it's from a game about a female knight who ends up semi-possessed by a succubus, so she ends up sharing a body with it (kinda like Grandia 2).

Lovely game, great series. This one outdid the previous game's TF scene(s).
Geez, the "Ultimate Being" from the first game was a real monster; almost didn't beat that thing!

Process isn't shown, but in PS2 game Demento, the bad ending involves the antagonist impregnating the protagonist, and taking over her body as he awaits for the baby (which he claims to be himself) to be (re)born.
