That would be me. Just to re-cap, according to a Japanese site the pictures are from a Megami Tensei work. I don't have the title anymore but it did say that it was by Chiaki Ogishima. Not sure whether it is an official or doujin title as she has done both. Looks kinda like a doujin being so racy and all.

On Ogishima's website the characters (Kyouji Kuzunoha) and artwork for the second title on this page seem to match the scans,

Be pretty cool it there was a precure series where the heroines of the first are the villains of the next one...though considering the show is supposed to be a positive influence of young developing minds I don't think that will ever be...that and each new series is stand alone...

that'd be a pretty good premise...every PreCure gets captured by the bad guys and corrupted, and it's up to a new team to free them. Lord knows at this point you could dedicate one episode to each one and fill out 26 episode series at this point...
