I think these is confusion was to what a Beard Act is, that's when a woman marries a gay man him the appearance of heterosexuality. Daphne was never Fred's beard. People have suspected Velma of being a Lesbian, never Fred being gay, well aside from the ascot. The latest incantation, Mysteries INC, makes it clear that Daphne wants Freddy, but Freddy is nearly oblivious to her. Also one of the episodes had Daphne create a Goth Rock persona for her self called Crush (which was already mistaken for EC), she performed a song that was pretty much blowing of steam at Fred for being less than attentive.

Alas I'm something of a hoarder myself, but I usually don't have the patience to download whole websites page by page, even the very good ones. The next best thing is the wayback machine, http://www.archive.org/web/web.php but they're still very incomplete, and that's assuming you still have the old URL.

EC on live-action tv show called Dark Knight. The following is a quote from someone on another site:

"I don't know who's seen this show (I'd never seen it before), but it was a show based on Ivanhoe. Anyways, I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find the episode "Shadowraiths", where two evil goth-like shadow creatures turn Rebecca, the (hot) female protagonist, into a fellow shadow creature. That whole part (I admit I forwarded through to all of her scenes only) was some of the best evil conversion I've certainly seen in TV/Movies, and one thing I loved... he didn't "convince" her out of it. Hate that.

I admit the mystical whoever he called on was kind of a cop-out, but I really preferred it to "no I've resisted at the last minute". Yuck.

Good stuff. Though the Shadow Wraith thing looked kind of dumb.

Too bad the series ended when it did, the season/series finale ended with her getting sealed away with a vampire/demon queen, the next season would have been so interesting to see what the queen did to her since she had already easily captured her during the episode
