In the game Neverwinter Nights, the main NPC, Aribeth de Tylmarand, is corrupted by an ancient reptilian soceress and converts from being a paladin to a blackguard (a champion of evil).

Doesn't do her much good either way, poor lass.
Still there's always the sequel, NWN: Hordes of the Underdark, to redeem her if that's your thing, or keep her on as an evil lackey.

Similar thing with Bastila Shan from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, uptight, by-the-book jedi turned to the dark side;

I haven't played the sequel, KOTOR 2, but I gather you can corrupt pretty much your whole party if you want.

yep, one of the more challenging things in the second game is to get Mira (need to be lightside when you get to Nar Shaddaa to get her) and turn her into a dark jedi. She even gets the dark jedi look when you do.
Never got around to trying it with handmaiden though (she manages to be less feminine than The Disciple 0_o

I suppose these could be considered ECs of Raven and the Teen Titans, the Maskling-Raven in particular seems somewhat sinister, but the amazon pool converts and even the bubbly blow-up creature are probably up to no good as well.

Aww. Well they seem pleased with their strange new forms, so they've just been dipped and turned totally buffed, shiny, non-human and.. happy? There's a Tenchi one too with Ayeka and friends, where they have sharp claws, but they're still not evil? Not even a little bit naughty? Just mindless dolls or something?

You can, but it's a pain in the ass to corrupt the Good spectrum characters. The only female character who isn't hard line true neutral will automatically get killed off if you pass the recruitment point while on the Dark Side. Only way to corrupt her would be to feign Light Side for 2/5ths of the game and then go hardline DS. I never bothered to see if there was any point in getting that over recruiting her mortal enemy who joins when you're DS, especially considering how they leave all the party member plot threads hanging in the rushed ending.

What a dissapointment that ending was... you do all that work to make your team great and you don't even get to use them... not to mention the player (not the exiled jedi) kept jumping around randomly.

which is why you should be wary of a sequel to a BioWare game not made by BioWare
At least these days, with DLC that kind of crap is less likely to happen...even if you need to shell out an extra 3 bucks

More like be wary of games pushed out five months early to make the holiday launch window. Of course this ends up happening even when Obsidian has all the time they need. At least they had the time for real endings in New Vegas (and how).
