i dont know if it was every completed, but was the Great Breast Miyuki ever done translated? or has it always ended at the tennis scene?

I'm looking for a story.
It starts in a truck with a couple. The boy is trying to have sex with the girl. The girl gets furious and leaves. When she gets home, she lights fire to all her memories of him, wishing she knew what he wanted: love or sex. Some spirit appears in the fire and grants her wish. Unfortunately, she later finds out that whatever the boy thinks of her will happen. She tries to use it to her advantage, but it backfires. She finally strikes a deal with her boyfriend: one night to do whatever he wants with her in exchange for a break up

Two things I remember specifics wise: I think the boy's name was Shane
It ends with the sentence- Little did she know her problems would follow her to her next boyfriend as well.

Wow. It's surprising what I can remember compared to my bad short term memory...... anyway, this ring a bell to anyone?

I'm looking for a manga with a BE sequence. It was in the old process site. On the first page, you see a girl with small breasts saying that she has to get her breasts bigger. On the third page she wakes up to find that her breasts grew over-night. On the fourth page she's having trouble with finding something to wear, and eventually she wears a black top that barely cover her new assets. On the next couple of pages her next-door neighbor comes into her house and he's astonished to see that her breasts grew, and then after she turns around he jumps on her saying that he can't control himself with her breasts so big and they start having sex.
Does this seem familiar to you guys? I've tried remembering the name of the manga but I can't, and I couldn't find it in this forum.
