Ok so i downloaded this game and thought i installed it but i must of done something wrong when i tried to open it. It would show a open screen but it was white and then tell me it could not open it. Please tell me what i am doing wrong i want this game.

did you set your locale and language to Japanese?

Im also having problems with the game. But for me is I get to install it, and start it. But as soon as the "opening" gets started. The program freezes and shuts down. Always regarding that opening. Its quite annoying.

Go to regional and language settings in the control panel, and change the English/North America/Wherever the hell you are selections to Japan/Japanese.
Then restart your computer.
And Sordes: Same thing, but make sure you have direct x installed too.

thats what im trying to say it won't even start the game i get a window it's blank and then give me a not working window.And then closes

that's what happens when you try to run a game you don't have the regional settings adjusted to. Trust me, I went through the exact same thing (both ways, DCUO won't work if you have your regional settings set to Japanese :P)
