It has surfaced somewhere, freely downloadable. (I won't say where so as not to harm Jollyjack's revenue.)
Someone bought it and put it there.

Email JollyJack via his website (collectedcurios.com) and politely explain your situation. Helps if you can provide a transaction number or approximate time of the transaction (with time zone!) I imagine. I've had that problem before and he worked it out very promptly and hassle free.
