Like Sucht17 said, those are bootlegs.
Easy clues to tell a bootleg from the real thing:

1) It says it's an import, but it's region-free. Big flashing red light here for that. Anime isn't released region-free on any official release. Here, or in Japan.

2) It's $8.99.... Second clue that it's a bootleg. It's too cheap. Real DVDs from Japan are much more expensive, and even if they got some kind of wholesale pricing, there's no way they could make any sort of profit on that low of a margin, in fact, I'm pretty sure they'd be losing money on that.

I know this is probably a bad idea to respond but heck I'm in a mood. (This is why I tend to just lurk. Ya try to be nice, ya stick yer head out, and 'bang!') Anyway, I just hate reading people's responses to my posts when they assume they've told me some obvious universal truth and yet they don't actually finish their whole train of thought. Which brings me to .........

PS: Technically, they could sell it that low if they're overstocked and trying to get rid of it. Not saying they are, just observing flawed logic.
