The only advice I can offer is either run it through google translator http://translate.google.com/# or get google translator for your browser(I think it comes with chrome), and make sure to check everything, even the explicit tag. Also, use some guides to help you out. That's what I remember doing, long long ago...

... Though the google translator bar isn't as sensitive as it use to be, it won't pop up pages without a certain word limit, which is a piss off when your trying to find out tags for certain pics.

Try searching for a registration guide either on google or here.
I'm quite sure I saw someone mentioning a guide made by a process user.

Sorry for the small parentheses, I use a Greasemonkey script which is awesome. Translates a lot of the pixiv interface.
works on firefox (with Greasemonkey extension) and Chrome out of the box.

Is there still any need to actually for people to use this as the interface for pixiv is mostly in english these days. I believe you just have to turn it on from the settings.

I actually decided to look at his blog for a moment longer and noticed that it will be for sale at the Comic1 convention starting tomorrow. Hopefully he will put it on up DLSite or something later because otherwise we'll be pretty much out of luck to ever seeing it.
