-> As I'm currently reading Kindan No Aku (aka. Golden Boy), I discovered some IB bits; hope you guys enjoy! I only brought up key pages of the process from manga only. Kindan No Aku is one of the best manga (if not the best erotic manga) I've ever read!

-> These very scenes were not in the OVA Anime version. No GTS, BE, or even FMG; just an IB on the way she looks.

~> The girls name is Yamada Kiyoko; she was 'recuited' by the Takako Nishige (the super-hotness student) to be her personal 'toy' to lure other student under her will...(well...read the whole manga to figure it out).

A story by CBlack on the TG Comics website (http://tgcomics.com/cover.php?agree=0), has a pretty well done IB scene in chapter two. It starts on page 65 and goes to 67. Then in Episode 3 starting at page 23 due more to clothing and styling than anything else.

That's where the IB starts.

On a side note, the whole story is TG, and sort of reverse fmg in earlier chapters. (Whether that constitutes IB is up to you I guess, I sorta like toned women myself.)

Nah, they seem to be quite deliberate about it. When I reached my download limit the page explicitly said that I'd get twice as much bandwidth if only I registered an account.
