it is a great addition, the curse is showing it's increase in power by causing a sage to show fear is awesome, but question is how would Link defeat such a curse?

Here's something to think about: What if the curse was able to spread to other victims while still remaining in the current host's body? Like a virus or some kind of pandemic (though maybe that's pushing it a little).
