lemme put it this way: I did *EVERYTHING*. On two computers.
They have a "no refunds" policy. And I still got one. So either something is very wrong with both computers or...well, I pretty much stopped caring rather than go through all that effort to view one video file. The only way I'll get to see them is if someone converts them for me ;_;
