I have not received any messages about anyone's credit card being "charged twice". If there is ANY sort of problem you need to contact the customer support e mail which is on the order page, send me a pm here or at my forum or something. Maybe the button was hit twice or there was some issue on our end. I don't know it would have been nice to have been informed of this so something could have been done immedialty. I don't know your name or order number so I have Bud looking for a "double charge" in the past week right now to figure out how to fix it.
