The basic premise I believe(from what I can make out through google) is Rydia and Cecil(Final Fantasy IV) never really meet, and Rydia, anger at him for killing her mother and his Kingdom blowing up her village, takes revenge sometimes later, summoning Hades(who was not in that game, but I don't give a damn with these results) and becoming a demon, followed by frying Rosa's mind, eventually turning her into a demon, and possibly leading to yuri judging by the last line...

There's also another ending to it, but that one involves some zombie uglification...

Time flows differently in the world of summons. Rydia grows up quickly. It happens in the game.

I suspect that's where Hades comes into the picture, once summoned by her in grief, he takes her to that plane and uses her hate to corrupt her and turn her into a lust demoness... This is just speculation though...

Wow, I remember Caldwell's "Midnight Snack" making an impression on me when I saw it in a game store, his Ravenloft stuff too. If you do go through with it, do you have a concept in mind to make it especially distinctive, evil, sexy, and clearly a sequel to the first painting? Very cool idea anyway.


Hm, "Shade's Form" by Caldwell for the Magic the Gathering game looks ECish.
