Yes it would be a clear sequel to Vampire, the same woman, now a vampire, similarly pale, pointed ears and long fangs, she'd be rising from her coffin, in a see through gown, same necklace, head tilted back and baring those long fangs in a similar exulting fashion as the male vampire in the original piece. Very clearly now corrupted into a full creature of the night.
