Does anyone have a movie clip by "Dragoon" which I think is called "DGN_lab". It shows a blonde girl in a pink dress (i think) growing in height, bust and muscles?

Going insane trying to find this video due to the generic-ness of it, but here goes...

I could swear that there was something about "Transformers" in the title, but hell, who knows.
Anyways, it was a boy and a girl on a desk, with an older style animation (probably 80s or 90s) and they were shrunk down.

They find a device to return to normal size, however, with the girl she grows too big instead.

Any help or takers?
