Not sure if it Qualifies but the new show "Danger 5" contains some EC. In the 5th episode "Fresh meat for Hitlers sex kitchen" The nazis have created an STI that turns you into a Nazi ( complete with blonde hair, blue eyes and the ability to speak German.) And are using hookers to convert Allied troops. One of the Female members of the team gets infected and transforms (The other girl on the team dresses up in the Nazi hooker uniform.) Also there is a scene with Hitler using black magic to convert (willing) Aryan women into carriers. Other episodes in the series have mind controlling crystals, physical transformation of women into bulletproof bodyguards and the conversion of Allied troops into Japanese nazi supersoldiers, which touch on the subject but aren't quite so appropriate for this forum.

I found the 5th episode, it was pretty good when the female member transforms. Sadly too brief.
