Black Alice
There is a character called Black Alice that has re-appeared in the comic Birds of Prey. She has the ability to borrow the magical powers of other people and when she does it, her clothes morph into a dark/goth version of the costume of that being.

She can manipulate her clothes like making her skirt into a mini to a micro mini based on her personal desire to make her nervious boy friends catch attention. How is it for a story?
