I'm not sure if there is a way. From what I remember all foreign IP addresses where blocked after a certain incident caused by 4chan's /b/, but that might just be a rumor.

Use a JP proxy?

Umm, this is old, old information I picked up 4-5 years ago, so I'm not sure it'll still work, but here's the proxy list site I used to access sites that had JP owners who'd been overly-pestered by American citizens. http://www.aliveproxy.com/jp-proxy-list/

Change proxy to that, try to access site. If it doesn't load, try a different proxy on the list. I used to go through four or five with my snail-speed connection before I found one that worked.

it's not even really a rumor, though the truth is a bit more expansive: /b/ made the biggest "splash" but they'd been having problems with foreigners (Americans. It's always americans. Even when they're australian.)for quite a while.
So you either have to use a proxy or live there. But not both, because apparently proxies are illegal in Japan.

He didnt do store distribution for that so the onle way we'll get to see it is if someone picked it up at Comiket earlier this month and scans it.
