Hmm... what did you do for the changing? Was that photo alteration, or something you actually did in GMod?

I've started to gain some interest in it, but I'm worried about how limited my choices would be for using it in my interests. After all, it's entire character models in this, and not some clothes modelling like I've done with a certain other program.

The changing is photo alteration. Basically, there's a useful tool (addon, to be downloaded) called the Model Manipulator. It replaces one model while maintaining the pose, as long as both models have the same "bone" structure. From there on, it's just a matter of taking the exact same angle picture then layer them in Photoshop.

GMod is pretty robust, so give it a try. The only drawbacks are that addon characters are p. hard to come by since the workshop is kinda poor in content and that posing can be a bit tough at first.
