It's rare that I'll go out of my way to see a movie just for the sake of one particular scene, and SMURFS 2 is no exception.(I'm still trying to recuperate from the first film.) But if anybody else really wants to know, it seems Smurfette undergoes a little evil conversion:

Kina ironic about the smurfs thing, seeing as Smurfette was originally "evil", I use quotes because all it took was being bad at being evil for her to become good, well that and magical plastic surgery. Unlike all the male smurfs she has a specific origin, she's essentially a golem created by Gargamel to try and get all the male smurfs to fight over her, originally she had a big nose and short scraggly black hair, but the male smurfs didn't find her attractive. She decided to become good and Papa smurf used magic to give her smaller nose and blonde hair, yea read into that what you like :P
