I wouldn't be surprised if it happened to her on a regular basis owing to how she's the "normal" on the team. She got turned into a lizard woman a few months back in Avengers Assemble.

Black Widow is the Token female on the team, not the token normal, that's Hawkeye. As a rule being the token female means your also the designated victim.

Also I don't remember her being turned into a Lizard during and episode of avengers assemble.
