Nah, it is not really an Evil converter per say, it is a race of plant people that resemble humans. They are basically born from fruits of a giant tree and their design has a lot of characteristics YRP get on that story you mentioned above.

Not to say there isn't an Evil Conversion aspect to that particular race though. The race is divided between those that follow holy religious tenants and those who seek to destroy those tenants in order to "free their people" so basic good vs evil dicothomy there.

Making the story short, the race is divided between good and evil but those from the "evil" side try to literally convert others of their race into members of their evil court through what they call "The Nightmare" (there is a cool plot point involving two members of that race that happen to be female and love each other and are divided into one being good and one being evil, so technically yuri).

This is really, really good. First story in a while I liked, wish there was a bit more to the actual process.

That story fits a spot that can be a fetish for those that are looking for it but can be a neat story for those that want it. I enjoyed a particular detail that mentions Rikku had only her shorts and top when she emerged from the shroom-thingy... which means no shoes, yay!

There is a mind control evil conversion TF from the anime series "Sasami Magical Girls Club" in episode 22. While I am not sure what exactly happens, one of the main heroines is mind controlled and is forced to transform into a dark and mature version of herself. Unfortunately, the transformation is off-screen.
