Be very interested if they go through at least 2 panels of process if the presumed conclusion is not thwarted.

A mangaka gets pulled into the world of his own manga, he is able to change things by writing it on his notepad. Another character gets his notepad and turns the main female romantic lead into a villain (as far as I can tell from the raws). The transformation seems to include attitude, dark revealing outfit, larger breast.

I'm predicting a reveal with no process involved. She'll just show up in a Goblin outfit in a panel if they follow it up at all right away.
