But wouldn't a certain amount of give-and-take to these transformations be a good idea? If they keep growing regardless of who she turns into, her breasts will simply grow exponentially, until she would lose the ability to stand upright altogether.

It is a shop. Saw it on 2chan a while back with a little more info in the post. I cannot remember the name - its a giant robot series a little more Voltron than Gundam. She is a princess possible fraternal twin but not a main character. She originally had longer hair and cuts it short at one point. Cannot recall if it is an OVA or a full series I did not write down the name kinda found it to be a dead end. I think she ends up as a martyr spirit macguffin for the heroes need to beat the big bad. Its pretty obscure but I did find the final episode on youtube.
