There is some brainwashing involved however. Also Gear Fighter Dendoh is not obscure it has been in at least 1 maybe 2 Super Robot Taisen games at least. You don't end up in those if you aren't well known in some manner. Don't ask me what episodes to find the brainwashing in I only know the series and some of the plot from the story translations I read of the SRT games it was in.

Whats a sofa soldier? I know what a ZOFA soldier is. It's the enemies that Godzilla will destroy to save the world but a sofa soldier sounds like a crappy Mega Man villian.
