Odd, it's actually pretty easy.

Step 1, wipe out the cookies in whichever browser you're using.
Step 2, log into their forums, here: http://forums.e-hentai.org/
Step 3, go to whichever exhentai link was posted.

I did that and it never worked.

For Firefox, I had to download an add-on that allowed me to edit cookies. I then opened the e-hentai cookie and replaced all instances of "e-hentai" with "exhentai" as described in the second set of instructions found here:
