Hmmm... I am not sure if this counts, but the main heroine from "Concrete Revolutio", one of this season's anime series, suddenly went out of control in the end of this week's episode and temporarily turned into a darker version of herself that is referred as the future queen of devil realm. From the transformation, it seems her personality changes and her hips slightly expands. It happens in the 11th episode around 20:12 mark.

With the new Star Wars film coming out it occurred to me what a great universe that would be for producing this kind of stuff.

Anyone have any great examples of Star Wars stories (either official or fan fic) where female Jedis are corrupted and turned to the dark side?

Star Wars The Old Republic has a storyline that deals with that if you play a Sith Warrior. Basically you recruit this cute litle Jedi girl and slowly corrupt her until she becomes dark.

Yeah, the Jaesa Willsaam missions are definitely great. Would highly recommend that if you want this kind of thing, but her turn did happen pretty quickly.

Asajj Ventress maybe? Started as the padawan of Master Ky Narec. Ky got killed and she turned to the Darkside for revenge apprenticing under Count Dooku. Though sorry she converted back to good before she was killed defending her Jedi Lover who was trying to become a Greymaster(user of Jedi and Sith force powers). She was an impressive fighter too, dual wielding both standard Jedi Lightsabers(her own and Ky's) and set of Sith sabers of Dooku's design.

Vid description says "A young woman transforms into her true evil self." If the innocent persona was an act, I'd say it's not EC. But if the innocent persona was real, it definitely is.
