since I've written the description, I could say that she wasn't aware of her true nature, I believe

You really think so? If it were a villain reveal, it's definitely not EC, right? Otherwise, anytime a character reveals themselves to have been a villain all along, it would be EC.

Ah, I see. I've never watched the show either. But from the clip it looks like she definitely didn't enjoy being transformed, so I'd be on the side of thinking it's a corruption sequence. Very much a staple of Mahou Shoujo anime.

If it were just a costume removal or something, sure. But this looks definitely like EC to me.
