Spoilers aren't nearly as bad as having to wait until the next episode. You invent a dozen different scenarios in your brain for how things could go down, and they almost always pick the most disappointing one. (i.e. it's more than likely the Doctor will be cured within the first five minutes, otherwise she'll be a frozen statue for the entirety of the story, which sounds just as lame.)

Imagine if the Doctor had to find a way to move about as a quantum-locked creature, all the while she keeps trying to fight off her nastier Weeping Angel inclinations. This could all be easily done via internal narration by Whittaker. But I know that probably isn't going to happen. Chris Chibnall doesn't come across as having a TF fetish, although he does come off as a terrible writer. That's one of the reasons I haven't bothered watching the show until I learned of this development.

So, there's some corruption/evil face turn happening on this season's Batwoman. Seems a major character has been "possessed" somehow by Poison Ivy and goes bad.

Seriously, if they gave that show to Cantraps it would be an drastic improvement. There are fetish video writers that are far better writers that could write a far more consistent plot than the actual writers. Hell, Kendra James was the best actress to play poison ivy in live action to date.

Why the hell not? Just have the show go full fetish. Rather than languish as being more absurd and less coherent than the adam west batman '66.

Though I suspect that the demons are just manifestations made by whatever power is holding him in the House of Mystery and not his actual friends. But I guess we'll see. Either way, whether there's a corruption or TF involved, it looks decent.

It doesn't really look like evil conversion; I kind of suspect that it's a demon posing as Zatanna, or as I said the last comment, a manifestation of the power that's trapping him.

There's a bizarre irony to that. Something about one's infatuation/obsession with particular themes compels their brains to linger on all sorts of details (not just the sexual kind) that a supposedly "normal" writer wouldn't even bother to contemplate.
