Good episode -- if anyone in this thread hasn't seen it, I recommend it (if you're in the U.S. and have Netflix streaming, it's supposed to be available that way next month). However, I don't want to get anyone's hopes up -- there's no process. Also, I don't think this spoils anything, but the overall theme is not so much "beauty" as it is "conformity."

This episode would actually be a decent choice to be remade the next time they revive "Twilight Zone" as a series -- the script itself wouldn't require much updating, if any, and with modern special effects, they could add "duplicate" background characters to scenes fairly easily, in addition to showing the Transformation as a process.

I think there's an hd version of it on youtube. Not sure how I found it a month or so back - might have been a link from this board or somewhere similar.
